Meet Sara
I have been serving my community
as a Therapist for over 10 years.
Some of the most important personality traits that I bring to my practice include being Genuine, Kind, Realistic, and Detail Oriented. My clinical strengths include the skills to help build social connections and insight into choices, rapport building, harm reduction, accountability, and consistency. I also provide educational resources for you to explore and expand your understanding. My main objectives are to ensure you feel heard, understood, empowered and to support your connections with others as well as within yourself.
I enjoy seeing others gain insight, clarity of mind, self-acceptance, confidence, stability, and balance. As I continue to do therapy with adults, I hope to continue to foster and grow these concepts for others. My personal belief in autonomy, freedom of expression, and that change and growth are not only possible, but a process are the factors that drive me to helping others.
I believe everyone has the potential to change.
Journey with me
A GARDEN FOR DAILY LIVING
Plant three rows of peas:
Peace of mind
Peace of heart
Peace of soul
Plant four rows of squash:
Squash gossip
Squash indifference
Squash grumbling
Squash selfishness
Plant four rows of lettuce:
Lettuce be faithful
Lettuce be kind
Lettuce be happy
Lettuce really love one another
No garden is without turnips:
Turnip for service when needed
Turnip to help one another
Turnip the music and danceTo enjoy our garden
We must have thyme:
Thyme for fun
Thyme for rest
Thyme for ourselves
Water freely with patience and
Cultivate with love.
There is much fruit in your garden…
